Lyno® Therapy
Unlock Your Body’s Natural Movement
Restore balance and relieve discomfort through fascia release. This technique focuses on fascia release, addressing imbalances caused by past injuries, surgeries, or repetitive movements. Lyno Therapy helps unlock these patterns, allowing your body to move freely and efficiently once again.
Goal: To restore natural movement
By addressing locked compensatory patterns.
Through a series of tests and evaluations (comparing left and right range of movement), we identify the root causes of imbalance. This could stem from old injuries, surgeries, or repetitive daily movements like carrying a baby on one hip or sitting with legs crossed.
We focus on chronic injuries or pain, where there is no more identified acute pathology involved, but where the brain still thinks there is potential danger with that specific range of movement. Once identified we can we can address the ‘locked’ compensation pattern in order to restore the natural movement

How does it work?
The Lyno® technique
The Lyno® technique uses a gentle stroke on the skin in order to stimulate the superficial nerve endings. This happens while my client actively (or passively) moves the muscles underneath the area to release the fascia. This technique convinces the brain that it’s safe to move, gradually restoring full function and mobility.
The holistic analysis enables me to successfully balance and align all movement patterns in the body in order to achieve optimum function, not only in sport or activity but also in order to achieve longevity.

The 6 Steps of Lyno Therapy
Movement free of pain
The Lyno Method consists of six structured steps to move you from discomfort to a fully functional, balanced body:
- Subjective Assessment: Identify injuries and habits.
- The Bunkie Test: Test for dysfunctional movement.
- FROM Test (Full range of movement): Evaluate movement quality.
- Lyno Technique: Release the fascia.
- Yellow Page Wedges: Temporary wedges placed under the foot to strengthen weak patterns.
- Conditioning: Maintain balance and alignment.
After applying this technique in the areas determined from the FROM test and the movement analysis, I am able to restore normal movement, balanced muscle function and body alignment. The symptoms of pain and discomfort, over the course of a few sessions are alleviated.
